Hi Gang,  I will be posting the school training  outline for the week here on my blog unitl i get the students only site up and running. This week every class will be working on Forms and fighting. All students should have their sparring gear with them and  weapons should be left at home.  Sensei

I hope that everyone had a great Holiday weekend. Now it is time to get back into the groove of Kempo training.
